Before You Write

We aim to reply to every message within 24–48 hours. Feature requests may take longer to respond to if we need time to evaluate feasibility, but we acknowledge every submission.
The more detail, the better. Include your browser name and version, what QR type you were using, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. A screenshot helps a lot if you can attach one via email.
Not at this stage — email is our primary support channel and it lets us give every issue the attention it deserves. We don't use a ticket system; your message reaches the team directly.
